People from the hotel were very nice and helpful, service in the hotel’s restaurant and cleaners up to the standards. I highly recommend to book a spa session, very relaxing and private experience. Great location !

Comfortable and Relaxing

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, relaxing, cosy and inviting. Nice shower. Pool area was really nice and relaxing. The food and cocktails were tasty. The staff were really great and accommodating

The music by the pool was interrupted by Spotify/Youtube adverts The gym was way too hot in the mornings (probably before the air con kicked in) but this made it difficult to workout The breakfast wasn’t great compared to others we had in Thailand

great staff nothing to much to help,rooms good size, but stairs to rooms bit much for me aged 66.

staff excellent, food tasty,reasonably priced,room clean comfortable .pool small but welcoming.

Excellent low season accomodation and value for money. Sublime pool.

Five stars for : value for money, room size, small patio, excellent pool, clean throughout, staff were lovely ( and left you alone - weren’t pushy), location ( still Patong but away from the seedy parts/Bang La). Really quite faultless.

Very minor gripe - the restaurant does a very good coffee but the prices were high, even for a resort. But it’s a small price to pay.

everything, the staff was smiling and friendly always trying to be helpful even if their level of English was not the highest. The room was of really good size and i was close to the pool. The hotel, in general, is in a quiet area which we much appreciated for a good night sleep :) You still have lots of shops and restaurant around. There is a market at about 10 mins walk from there with lots of options. Bangla road is about 25 mins walking distance. Definitely will stay again there if we will be back in Phuket :)

Love love love

Everything, staff were all wonderful, couldn't fault them at all, room was great, air conditioning fab, pool was lovely, grounds nice and maintained daily. Hotel was close to everything yet quiet enough. Added bonus having spa downstairs. Will be our "go to" hotel in Thailand. They made us feel so welcome. Thank you C&N Hotel, we loved staying with you!

The hotel is wonderful and is situated in a very quiet place. Very close to the beach. All the shops that you need are around the hotel. The staff will do everything for you. Everything that you ask is not a problem for them. Breakfast experience was amazing. Every day new products. The food in the restaurant amazing taste and all fresh items
